All products sold through our Website are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, but only in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or another confirmed product defect.
This warranty applies only to defects that existed at the time of delivery or that result from a production fault, material defect, or other non-conformity of the product itself.
The warranty does not apply to:
– normal wear and tear;
– damage caused by road conditions, impact, accident, or external influence;
– incorrect product selection by the Customer;
– improper fitting, mounting, balancing, alignment, or installation;
– misuse, negligence, overloading, неправильное давление, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendations;
– damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery;
– products that have been modified, repaired, or altered by the Customer or a third party without our approval.
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must contact us without undue delay after discovering the defect and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photos or other evidence if requested.
We reserve the right to request inspection of the product before accepting any warranty claim. The product may need to be returned for examination by us, the supplier, or the manufacturer.
If the warranty claim is approved, we may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law:
– replace the defective product;
– repair the product, where applicable;
– offer a partial or full refund.
The warranty covers only the defective product itself. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it does not cover indirect costs or losses, including installation costs, removal costs, service costs, loss of use, or any other related expenses, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
This warranty does not limit any mandatory statutory rights that the Customer may have under applicable law.
