Returns and refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help — just reach out as soon as possible and we’ll sort it out together.


Return period
You can return an item within 14 days from the date of delivery.


Conditions for return
We accept returns in cases of a defect or manufacturing fault. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged at the time of return.


Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange, we’re happy to replace the item with the same product or a suitable alternative, subject to availability.


Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the following cases:

  • the item arrived defective
  • the wrong item was sent

In these situations, we’ll cover the return shipping cost for you.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.


Before you send anything back
Please contact our support team first — let us know your order number and describe the issue briefly. In some cases, we may ask for a photo to help us review the problem faster.
