The Bridgestone Blizzak IcePeak is a premium winter tire designed for sedans, minivans, crossovers, SUVs, and trucks operating in cold climates with ice and snow. The tire features Bridgestone's ENLITEN technology combined with MultiCell compound, which removes water from the tire surface to improve braking performance on ice. Key technologies include optimized tread blocks, full-depth 3D sipes for enhanced snow traction, micro grooves to clear water film on ice, and protrusions to prevent water intrusion around the blocks. The tire is engineered for both conventional gasoline engines and hybrid or electric vehicles, offering improved fuel efficiency through reduced rolling resistance. It carries both 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake and Ice Grip certifications, making it the first Bridgestone tire to earn both designations. The IcePeak is available in 107 sizes from 14 to 22 inches and is scheduled to launch nationally in May 2026.
