The GT Radial Maxmiler Ice is a winter commercial van tire designed for extreme European winter conditions on light truck and van vehicles. The tire features a directional tread pattern with high-density siping, wide grooves, and a design pinned for up to 130 studs to enhance traction on ice and snow-covered roads. Its specialized arctic rubber compound maintains flexibility in sub-freezing temperatures, supporting excellent winter weather grip and performance. The tire provides superior wet weather safety through circumferential grooves that prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush. With load ratings ranging from 104/102 to 121/119 depending on size, the Maxmiler Ice offers reinforced internal structure for heavy-duty load carrying and driving durability. The tire is designed for highway terrain use and is not recommended for temperatures above 40-45 degrees Fahrenheit.
