The Michelin Primacy 3 is a premium summer tyre designed for passenger cars, featuring advanced auto-blocking sipe technology combined with a patented rubber tread compound to deliver excellent wet road performance. It has been awarded grade A on the European label for grip on wet roads and ranked number 1 by ADAC in 2015 and 2018. The tyre incorporates a central rib and large shoulder blocks for responsive handling and high-speed stability, while Comfort Control Technology and EvenPeak Technology work to reduce road noise and vibration for a smooth, quiet driving experience. Fuel efficiency is enhanced through low rolling resistance achieved by an abrasion-resistant compound and optimised contact patch. The Primacy 3 is fitted as original equipment on luxury vehicles including BMW 5 and 7 Series, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, and Audi A6. Speed ratings typically include V and W, with load capacities varying by size, and the tyre is available in 16, 17, 18 and 19 inch rim sizes.
