The GT Radial SportActive 2 is an ultra-high-performance summer tyre designed for high-performance passenger vehicles, specifically targeting C, D and E segment cars and SUVs with sporting capabilities. This tyre features four wide circumferential grooves and micro sipes on the contact area to enhance water drainage and grip in both wet and dry conditions. The tyre achieves an A grade in wet grip on the EU tyre label with a noise level of 69-70 dB, providing a quiet and comfortable driving experience. It offers a 5 percent improvement in mileage compared to its predecessor while delivering 15 percent improvement in wet braking and 10 percent better aquaplaning resistance. The SportActive 2 is available in 14 sizes initially, with rim diameters from 16 to 20 inches, section widths from 205 to 275 millimetres, aspect ratios from 35 to 55, and speed indices ranging from W to Y.
